What you will do

The Quality Systems Analyst II is responsible for analyzing and interpreting stability data, planning and prioritizing workload, and contributing to the design of stability studies. You will prepare quality reports, support regulatory submissions, conduct audits, and lead quality system improvement initiatives to ensure compliance and continuous process enhancement:

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement marketed product stability protocols that align with system reliability, compliance, and quality requirements.

  • Implement changes in the marketed product stability program based on change control requirements, including administration of LIMS master data revision and implementation.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally internally and externally while utilizing existing quality management tools and technologies, to support existing and new product introduction.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize quality systems, including quality system improvements.

  • Develop or support comprehensive protocols, and detailed quality stability reports that translate quality metrics into actionable business intelligence and assist in regulatory submission documentation.

  • Conduct stability and analytical studies to resolve moderately complex quality issues and independently make tactical decisions.

  • Support internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality management system standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations, including generating reports and corrective action plans.

  • Identify root causes of quality issues and develop effective corrective actions and process improvement recommendations.

  • Plan, prioritize, and manage daily workload to ensure timely completion of quality projects and assignments.

  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels to promote quality awareness and continuous improvement across the organization.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in quality systems analysis, stability analysis, or related roles

  • Fundamental skills in quality management systems and regulatory compliance

  • Experience managing and maintaining LIMS master data

  • Working knowledge of statistics and statistical analysis

  • Ability to independently conduct audits, analyze data, and implement corrective actions

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and support quality improvement initiatives

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven ability to apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to improve quality processes innovatively

  • Strong proficiency in quality management software and data visualization tools to drive insightful analysis

  • Demonstrated experience in interpreting regulatory standards and translating them into practical quality solutions

  • Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing syndicated data and generating comprehensive reports to support quality decisions

  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite with expertise in PowerPoint and Excel functions

  • Excellent communication skills with a flair for presenting complex quality data in an engaging and understandable manner

What's in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$61, $97,175.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
