As a Contracts and Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting contract strategy development, executing sourcing initiatives, and managing supplier relationships to enable project and outage success. Your goal will be to drive value through effective contract implementation, strategic supplier management, and alignment of sourcing activities with business needs. Your success in this role will be demonstrated by strong stakeholder collaboration, improved supplier performance, and the consistent application of supply management best practices that deliver measurable results.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support and implement contract strategies for project execution and major outage groups

  • Drive value and cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives

  • Manage supplier contracts, relationships, and performance

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives

  • Support the negotiation of contracts to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks

  • Lead supplier relationship management and continuous improvement activities

  • Ensure adherence to supply management policies, procedures, and best practices

  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues in partnership with business stakeholders

Your Skills:

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to drive results

  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills

  • An ability to network and build relationships

  • Ability to adhere to supply management policies and procedures

  • High sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment

  • Comfortable working in a construction or field‑based environment

Your Experience:

  • University Degree in Business, related field of study, or relevant experience

  • Experience within contracts and procurement roles is an asset
