Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to jumpstart your career - Apply now The Internship program runs full-time from May 25th August 28th 2026.  Position Summary: As a Talent Management Intern, you will transition from general HR administration to a strategic role focused on how our organization identifies, develops, and retains its top talent. You will support the team in building a high-performance culture by assisting with the frameworks that drive employee growth, leadership excellence, and organizational readiness. Main Responsibilities
  • Performance & Potential Frameworks: Support the administration of annual cycles related to employee performance evaluations and talent reviews, ensuring consistency and data integrity across the organization.
  • Employee Engagement Insights: Assist in the administration of engagement tools and surveys. Help analyze feedback trends to identify opportunities for improving the employee experience and strengthening our internal culture.
  • Competency & Skills Development: Contribute to the evolution of our "skills-based" organization by helping to map out the professional capabilities required for various business units and supporting the launch of new development pilots.
  • Leadership Support: Help coordinate professional development initiatives, such as coaching programs and self-serve learning platforms, to ensure our leaders have the tools they need to succeed.
  • Strategic Reporting: Assist in producing "people insights" reports that help the team track talent risks, succession planning, and the overall health of our workforce.
  • Process Modernization: Analyze and document current talent workflows, identifying ways to streamline processes and align them with a modern, impact-oriented HR strategy.
Essential Requirements
  • Academic Background: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources , Industrial Relations , or Organizational Development .
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
  • Analytical Mindset: A strong curiosity for data and an interest in how "people metrics" influence business decisions.
  • Professionalism: Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information regarding employee performance and career potential.
  • Agility: A proactive learner who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and shifting between different strategic priorities.
