Benefits:

• A competitive annual base salary ranging from $49,739 to $89,518 per year.


• Duty location impacts pay rates, but locality pay is higher in some locations than others.

Bonus Incentives:

Newly appointed agents are eligible for up to 30 ,000  in recruitment incentives. ​The first $10,$000 will be paid upon successful completion of the border patrol academy, with remaining$10,$000 awarded for accepting prioritized duty assignment at selected stations.
