Description:

• In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work in an elite team of law enforcement professionals dedicated to safeguarding America's borders.
• You will be responsible for detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration and customs laws, as well as inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
• Your duties may also include preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers of noncitizens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions using infrared scopes during night operations.

To qualify for this position, you must possess one year of general work experience that demonstrates your ability to take charge, make sound decisions, maintain composure in stressful situations, learn regulations methods techniques through classroom training on-the-job instruction gather concise information through questioning observation examination documents records OR education substitution bachelor degree successful completion full four-year course study any field leading bachelor degree accredited college university combination general work experience successfully completed college education.
