We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Border Protection Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our borders.
About the Role:
- This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound judgments quickly.
- You will be working with various stakeholders including law enforcement agencies, customs officials, and other government organizations.
Responsibilities:
- To enforce laws and regulations related to immigration, customs, and agriculture.
- To conduct inspections of individuals and conveyances to ensure compliance with regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have:
• A minimum of one year's experience in law enforcement or a related field
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout your shift
• Must meet eligibility requirements as specified under Public Law 100-238. � �Note: Additional background investigation required.
