Career Security Officer

This role offers the chance to become a part of our elite team of law enforcement professionals, working together to safeguard America's borders and protect its people.

• Patrolling international boundaries and coastal waterways using government assets such as vehicles, vessels, ATVs etc. for accomplishing USBP Mission objectives.
• Detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws by inspecting documents & possessions to determine citizenship or violations.

• Preventing & apprehending undocumented noncitizens along with smugglers at or near U.S. Borders via surveillance from covert positions including use of infrared scopes during night operations
  


• Gathering concise information through observation, examination of records & questioning in high stress situations
  
• Maintaining composure under pressure while learning regulations methods techniques classroom training on-the-job instruction
