Recruit Incentives: Up to $15,000 per year for certain duty locations. Annual Base Salary varies from GS-5 ($40,332) to GS-12 (higher grade levels have different salary ranges). Professional Development Opportunities include training at FLETC-Glynco GA A fully trained CBPO may be eligible for up to $45,000 in overtime pay annually.
