About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Border Patrol Agent.
Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws, inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
The role also involves preventing and apprehending undocumented non-citizens and smugglers at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions using infrared scopes during night operations.
The agent will interpret physical evidence such as tracks, marks, and other signs of illegal entry,
furthermore they may perform farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols,
available technology used in this position includes vehicles off-road ATVs snowmobiles motorbikes
The chosen individual must have an ability work independently most times but support provided when required Above duties could vary with increasing grade levels .
person should pass rigorous training courses including language proficiency tests that requires Spanish reading/writing knowledge hence you must priorly meet minimum education/previous experience requirement set on announcement
