Our Client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of the Cancer Screening Correspondence Portal.
This initiative will modernize the existing system into a fully digital, cloud based platform built on .NET 8 and React 18 within Azure.
This role requires strong hands on development expertise, not just team leadership experience.
Must Have Experience
8+ years hands on experience with React 18, HTML5, CSS
8+ years experience with ASP.NET Core, Minimal APIs, LINQ (.NET 8+)
3+ years experience with Azure APIM
3+ years experience with Azure Service Bus
3+ years experience with Azure Container Apps and Jobs
3+ years experience with Azure DevOps pipelines
3+ years experience with SQL Server and Redis Cache

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable full stack applications
Build and maintain Minimal APIs using .NET 8
Develop high quality React front end interfaces
Manage and deploy applications through Azure DevOps pipelines
Implement messaging solutions using Azure Service Bus
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers
Produce architecture, API, and workflow documentation
Provide production support and proactive monitoring
Participate in solution design and requirement discussions
Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and security regulations
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
Familiarity with HL7 or FHIR standards
Experience with CRM platforms
Microsoft Azure or .NET certifications
Public sector experience
