What you'll do
Provide day-to-day executive support, including calendar coordination, meeting prep, and follow-ups
Join internal and customer calls, capture structured notes, and track action items through completion
Proactively follow up with stakeholders to keep priorities and deadlines on track
Translate written materials accurately between Mandarin and English
Coordinate cross-functional projects across regions and time zones
Act as a professional, friendly point of contact for customers and internal teams
Anticipate needs, flag risks early, and help leadership stay focused on execution
What they're looking for
Fluent Mandarin and English (spoken and written); translation experience strongly preferred
3+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role
Experience supporting global teams and customers
Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-response environment
Willingness to travel to China a few times per year
