Requirements Gathering:
Interpret business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Create BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents) for clarity and alignment.
Testing Documentation:
Develop Test Plans, Test Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
Ensure familiarity with QA processes and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Communication & Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders (including CPAs and accountants) to clarify requirements.
Maintain strong documentation for traceability and compliance.
AI & Automation Expertise:
Understand prompt engineering for LLMs.
Familiarity with AI-driven automation (e.g., document parsing, predictive analytics).
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in app development for complex business tools.
Strong background in requirements analysis and testing documentation.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience working with accountants or financial professionals is a plus.
Project Details:
Scope: Build a comprehensive app integrating project management, invoicing, and HR features.
Engagement: Milestone-based payment structure.
Platform: Open to recommendations based on best practices and scalability.
