What you'll do:
-Edit one main sizzle reel (approx. 60–90 seconds)
-Select the strongest moments and structure them into a compelling narrative
-Tighten pacing (remove filler, awkward pauses, verbal tics, etc.)
-Light color correction and audio leveling
-Add music that supports energy and flow (royalty-free)
-Optional simple title cards if appropriate
-Deliver final video in high resolution (web + social ready)
-One round of revisions included
What I will provide:
-Raw footage
-Basic direction and references
-Creative freedom on structure, pacing, and flow
I'm looking for someone who can bring editorial judgment to the project, not just follow instructions.
Bonus if you have experience creating:
-Sizzle reels / showreels
-Trailers or highlight reels
-Content for hosts, speakers, or on-camera talent
Budget:
Fixed price: $200 (flexible for the right fit and quality of work)
Payment Structure:
This project will be milestone-based:
Milestone 1: $100 upon project start / initial edit
Milestone 2: Remaining $100 upon final delivery of the completed sizzle reel
This helps keep expectations clear and ensures a smooth workflow for both sides.

-A short note on your editing approach when working with on-camera talent.
