This is a remote, project-based role with new projects assigned daily. Compensation is per project, with typical earnings ranging between $1,000 – $2,000+ per month, depending on workload and performance.

We are marketers at heart — obsessed with creative testing, performance, and storytelling — and we work closely with editors who understand that great ads are built, tested, and optimized, not just edited once.
If you want to work in an environment where your edits directly impact ad performance, scaling decisions, and revenue, you'll fit right in.
Key Requirements:
- Has experience with UGC content.
- Has experience using AI tools to create videos (Elevenlabs, Kling, Gemini).
- Ability to find engaging b-roll + stock videos online to source and add to videos.
- Add sound effects, music, and engaging transitions.
- Work with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Has knowledge on how to create very engaging hooks, especially with AI (Kling, etc.) – VERY IMPORTANT
- Collaborate and communicate clearly to meet deadlines.
Bonus:
- Experience with motion graphics/animation.
- Understanding of performance-driven ad content.
