We are seeking a dynamic Data Analyst (Marketing & Digital Platforms) to support data initiatives across customer engagement, digital analytics, and marketing data products. This role blends business analysis, documentation, and technical data validation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Lead requirement gathering sessions with marketing and digital stakeholders, clarifying priorities and negotiating scope
Develop BRDs, user stories, STMs, and related documentation for marketing focused data assets
Analyze marketing datasets including customer digital engagement, campaign performance, segmentation data, and attribution metrics
Perform SQL based data validation, profiling, anomaly detection, and ongoing data quality checks
Collaborate with Data Modelers to validate mappings and data model design
Support Agile delivery practices sprint planning, Jira board updates, prioritization, UAT facilitation, and occasionally leading standups
Ensure alignment with enterprise data standards and data platform conventions, particularly on Databricks
Workplace Ideally located near Toronto for a hybrid schedule. Remote within Canada may be considered for strong candidates.
Must Have Skills
7-10 years of Data Analyst or Business Analyst experience, ideally in marketing analytics, digital platforms, or customer data domains
Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross functional teams
Experience working with marketing and digital datasets, including customer journeys, campaign data, and engagement metrics
Ability to create BRDs, STMs, user stories, and documentation under tight timelines
Strong SQL skills and understanding of data warehouse concepts
Preferred Skills
Experience with Databricks or cloud data platforms preferred

Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention

Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Bridgenext provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as described above. The current salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 CAD annually. Our comprehensive total rewards program goes way beyond a competitive salary.
