### Who We're Looking For
We're hiring a **Video Editor** who can confidently take projects from start to finish and takes pride in delivering refined, professional edits. This role is ideal for someone who understands structure, pacing, and visual consistency — and knows how to balance speed with quality.
You'll work internally with a **Project Manager and Creative Director**. There is **no direct client communication**. You'll receive organized footage, clear direction, and defined timelines. Your responsibility is execution at a high level.
This role starts **per-project**, with a clear intention to grow into a **long-term, full-time position** for the right person.

### Responsibilities
- Edit long-form listing videos, short-form social reels, and talking-head content from raw footage
- Clean and balance dialogue, music, and sound design
- Perform color correction and basic grading for consistent, professional results
- Add titles, lower thirds, and simple motion elements when required
- Execute both template-based and custom edits depending on project needs
- Implement 1–2 internal revision rounds and client feedback accurately
- Meet defined turnaround times (typically 48–96 hours per deliverable)
- Maintain organized project files and export deliverables correctly
### Experience & Skill Set
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a portfolio showing both long-form and short-form work
- Strong proficiency in **Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro**
- Solid understanding of pacing, audio clarity, and visual flow
- Comfortable interpreting creative feedback and executing precise revisions
- Reliable time management and consistent delivery
- Professional communication and attention to detail
