As our Graphic Designer, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our brand to life through creating visually engaging and aesthetically pleasing assets for the T-Leaf Collections brand. We are seeking someone with a strong design acumen and with a keen eye for detail. You will produce all digital artwork for our business.
This position is a casual role with approx. 2 hours a week (and up to 7 hours in peak periods). We do offer flexibility and can cater to workdays and times that suit you best.
This is an ongoing, long-term role with consistent hours for the right candidate.
Your day-to-day tasks will include (but are not limited to):
- Producing all assets for campaigns including seasonal campaigns, promotions, email marketing, social media assets, meta ads and website assets.
- Producing and scheduling our 3x weekly email marketing campaigns and ensuring our audience segmenting is correct
- Managing our email marketing calendar to ensure all assets are delivered on time
- Developing email marketing campaigns with great subject lines and content to get us great click through rates
- Handling ad-hoc design requests
Qualifications:
We're looking for a qualified Graphic Designer who can bring their expertise and creativity to our team. The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluent English
- Minimum 5+ years graphic design experience
- Minimum 2+ years in Klaviyo (desirable), or similar email marketing platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and passion for branding and design
- Be a self-starter, with a high-level of autonomy
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
