We are a general contracting company based in the Greater Seattle area specializing in multifamily and commercial construction.
Our website is live on Squarespace (domain hosted via IONOS). We are looking for an experienced Squarespace website editor to help us update and improve the site.
Scope of work includes:
• Uploading and formatting new high-resolution project photos
• Removing outdated content and reorganizing pages
• Updating project descriptions
• Adding MBA and Affordable Housing Council association logos/badges
• Improving layout and spacing where needed
• Ensuring mobile responsiveness
• Light on-page SEO improvements (meta titles, descriptions, heading structure)
• Optimizing images for performance and load speed
This is NOT a full rebuild. The site is already built — this is an update + refinement project.
Ideal candidate:
• Strong Squarespace experience (please confirm in your proposal)
• Experience editing live business websites
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Detail-oriented and design-aware
• Fluent English communication
We will start hourly for a short engagement (estimated 5–15 hours total) with potential for ongoing updates.
Please include 2–3 examples of Squarespace websites you have worked on.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
