Under the supervision of the Operation manager, the assistant operation manager supports the daily operations, maintenance, and improvement of properties under management. The role focuses on coordinating services, ensuring building functionality and compliance, supporting tenant satisfaction, and assisting with small to mid-scale projects.
• Coordinate day-to-day building operations (cleaning, HVAC, maintenance, safety).
• Supports the Operations Manager in day-to-day operations and project-related activities across the property portfolio
• Serve as the main point of contact for tenants for facility-related matters.
• Coordinate and follow up with contractors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Monitor the condition of buildings, common areas, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure vacant spaces are clean, functional, and ready for leasing.
• Support tenant improvement and minor renovation projects.
• Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and invoicing follow-up.
• Prepare and distribute tenant communications (notices, manuals, newsletters).
• Support emmergency procedures and respond to urgent issues as needed.
Qualifications
You have the following:
• Experience in facilities, property management, or building operations.
• Strong coordination, organization, and communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented with basic knowledge of building systems.
• Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar job and more specifically in real estate.
• Perfect command of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

• Salary range: $80,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience.
