Über
What you'll do:
- Google Business Profile audits and optimization (categories, description, attributes, photos, services)
- Citation management via Semrush Local or other tools (40+ directories)
- NAP audit and correction
- Grid rank tracking setup and analysis (e.g. using Local Falcon)
- Google Posts creation review (AI generates drafts, you review/adjust)
- Monthly performance report commentary
- Schema markup implementation (LocalBusiness JSON-LD)
- SEO title optimization for local keywords
- Competitor analysis and monitoring
- Diagnose ranking issues and recommend action plans
What you won't do:
- Client communication (our German-speaking sales team handles this)
- Content writing in German (AI will handle this)
- Review removal work (separate team)
- Sales or billing
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Google Business Profile optimization (show us real before/after results)
- Experience with grid rank tracking tools (Local Falcon, Local Viking, or similar)
- Experience with citation management tools (Semrush Local, BrightLocal, Yext, or similar)
- Understanding of local ranking factors (GBP signals, reviews, citations, on-page, behavioral)
- Ability to diagnose why a business isn't ranking and recommend specific actions
- Schema markup implementation experience
- Strong English communication (German is a plus but not required)
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in the German/DACH market
- Experience managing 20+ client locations simultaneously
Terms:
- Full-time remote position (or part-time 20h/week to start, scaling to full-time)
- 3-month trial period
- €1,500/month fixed + performance bonus based on client results and company performance (average €200-500/month)
- Long-term position with growth opportunity as we scale to 50+ clients
