Über
Our goal is to:
- Convert role-based KPIs and Leading Indicators into executive dashboards.
- Automate workflows that directly impact those KPIs.
- Use AI to proactively enforce guardrails and standards.
- Reduce manual decision-making human drift by embedding logic into systems.
Core responsibilities would be:
- Build automated data pipelines from diverse hospitality-related and general-use systems (such as Google Workspace, Asana, Fathom Notetaker, AI Models, Opera, HotelKey, Medallia, Quore).
- Automate calculation of KPIs and leading indicators, and set up threshold alerts and performance flags.
- Integrate workflows that directly influence KPIs (e.g., scheduling, proposal response time, rate integrity) - based on the information and early drafts shared by our team,
- Capture decision logic and convert into rules-based or AI-driven systems.
- Document workflows clearly via videos and/or SOPs for our team.
A second phase, or refinement of this project would include...
- Develop models that prevent KPI drift before it occurs.
- Recommend corrective actions automatically.
Ideally, your team would have experience on:
- Workflow automation (especially with custom API builds)
- Data modeling and dashboarding
- Hospitality tech stack familiarity (PMS, labor systems, STR, etc.) is a plus, but not mandatory
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
