Über
We are launching a modest fashion brand focusing on elegant, contemporary, and wearable designs. Think modern cuts, modest silhouettes, and high-quality fabrics. The line will be produced in Turkey, so the tech packs must be factory-ready and clear.
What We Need
• A skilled fashion technical designer to create professional tech packs for a small collection (starting with 1 style as a test).
• Ability to translate our design sketches/references into accurate, detailed technical drawings.
• Each tech pack should include:
• Front and back flat sketches (with construction details)
• Detailed measurements (spec sheet / size chart for one size)
• Fabric and trim callouts
• Stitching/finishing details
• Colorways
• Editable source files (AI/PSD) + final PDF.
Requirements
• Proven experience in fashion tech packs (please provide samples).
• Familiarity with modest fashion / womenswear is a strong plus.
• Must be detail-oriented so that factories in Turkey can use the packs directly without confusion.
• Clear communication in English.
Budget
Open to offers depending on experience. For the test piece, we expect a fair fixed rate. If the work is strong, this will expand into multiple styles.
How to Apply
• Send us 2–3 examples of tech packs you have created (not just sketches).
• Mention your experience with womenswear and modest fashion.
• Quote us for one tech pack (front/back flats, spec sheet, details).
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
Mandatory skills: fashion tech pack design, apparel technical design, garment construction, measurement specs, size grading, factory ready documentation, Adobe Illustrator
