EverGrowth Agency is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong English communication skills to join our performance-driven creative team.
We design high-converting paid social ads for growing brands. This is not a junior role — we are looking for someone experienced, fast, detail-oriented, and able to manage workload independently.
IMPORTANT – English Requirement
Strong English communication skills are required.
You must be able to:
*Communicate clearly with our internal team
*Participate confidently in client calls (in English)
*Create designs without spelling or grammar mistakes
*Spanish is preferred but not required.
*English proficiency is non-negotiable.
Responsibilities
*Design high-performing static creatives for paid ads
*Support visual assets for video ads when needed
*Follow brand guidelines across multiple client accounts
*Work closely with media buyers and account managers
*Review designs carefully before submission (no careless mistakes)
*Manage multiple projects with speed and organization
Required Skills
*Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator required)
*Canva
*Strong typography and layout skills
*Experience designing for paid ads (Meta, YouTube, Google Display)
*Experience working in an agency environment preferred
