Über
I have a young startup in the US and am seeking a mid-level Meta & Google Ads Strategist to help guide campaign optimization alongside a junior marketer.
You will play a critical role in making strategic optimization decisions based on approved creatives and copy, using a data-driven approach to improve performance. You'll help balance cost per lead with lead quality, oversee performance across multiple ad platforms (primarily Meta and Google), and participate in weekly campaign review calls and reporting where we analyze results together.
Our work is cool and you'll have a lot of fun with us. You'll have a lot of freedom to think strategically, test ideas, and shape how we scale paid media for our niche marketing agency. If you're looking to join an exciting startup environment, I'd love to hear from you
English must be perfect (ideally your first language or bilingual). Bonus points if you've leveraged Google Analytics before too.
I'm envisioning this role as an introductory opportunity to see if we'd like to work together longer-term. Open to part-time work too.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 10 hours per week.
