Project Overview
I have a complete mobile application designed and built in Figma Make, including flows, screens, and generated code. I'm looking for an experienced React Native developer to help convert this into a fully functioning cross-platform mobile app that can be tested by beta users on real devices (iOS and Android).
This is not an idea-stage project — the app is already fully designed. The focus is execution, translation to React Native, debugging, and adding limited new functionality where needed.
Scope of Work
Review existing Figma Make designs and generated code
Convert app into React Native (TypeScript preferred)
Ensure app runs on both iOS and Android
Debug and refactor code for performance and stability
Implement missing or required functionality not supported by Figma Make
Integrate basic app infrastructure (navigation, state management, API hooks as needed)
Prepare app for beta testing (TestFlight + Google Play Internal Testing)
Document setup and handoff clearly
This will start as a paid milestone-based contract, with potential for ongoing work as the app evolves.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with React Native
Experience shipping real apps to iOS App Store and Google Play
Comfortable working from Figma designs
Experience translating prototypes or generated code into production code
Familiar with GitHub version control
Clear communicator and able to explain technical decisions simply
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with Expo
Experience working with early-stage startups
Experience improving or refactoring auto-generated code
Experience supporting beta testing workflows
How We'll Work
You'll work in a private GitHub repo owned by me
Clear milestones and deliverables
Paid test task to start (small scope)
NDA + IP assignment required before access
Ongoing work possible if this phase goes well

Not speculative or unpaid
Not equity-only
Not open-ended without milestones
To Apply (Please Read Carefully) Please include:
2–3 React Native apps you've worked on (links or screenshots)
Your experience converting designs or prototypes into production apps
Your preferred React Native stack (Expo vs CLI and why)
Confirmation that you're comfortable signing an NDA + IP assignment
Your availability over the next 2–4 weeks
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: React Native, Android, iOS, Mobile App Development
