Über
We're hiring a highly organized, strategic Content & Social Media Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, and performance optimization across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and more.
This is not a content creation role.
This is a structure, execution, and analytics role.
You'll work closely with the owner to ensure content is planned, scheduled properly, and continuously optimized for growth.
What You'll Do
Content Planning
* Manage detailed multi-platform content calendars
* Organize captions, hooks, hashtags, and assets
* Track content from idea → approval → posting
* Ensure alignment with overall brand strategy
Scheduling & Oversight
* Schedule content using tools (Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.)
* Optimize timing and formatting by platform
* Review posts for accuracy before publishing
Analytics & Reporting
* Analyze engagement, reach, and growth trends
* Deliver clear monthly performance reports
* Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
Strategic Support
* Suggest content themes and cadence improvements
* Identify trends and growth opportunities
* Support execution while following established brand direction
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing social media accounts
* Strong understanding of IG, TikTok, and YouTube strategy
* Experience with scheduling tools (Sprout, Buffer, etc.)
* Comfortable analyzing YouTube Studio & Meta data
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Self-directed and proactive
* Strong written communication skills
Success Metrics (First 60–90 Days)
Within 30 Days
* Organized content calendar in place
* 100% of approved content scheduled on time
By Month 3
* Monthly analytics report delivered
* Minimum of 3 data-backed optimization recommendations
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months.
