Born in the Prairies, now part of a worldwide network, Skip is a Tech company with an entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to be the best. We're a people-first, collaborative company with a fun, dynamic and innovative environment. Our vision is to empower everyday convenience. Our tech platform connects tens of millions of customers with hundreds of thousands of restaurant, grocery and convenience partners across the globe.

About this role

As a Partner Operations Analyst, you are the guardian of our commercial engine. You will support the systems, workflows, and business rigour that power our Partner lifecycle—ensuring our Sales team can acquire efficiently, and our Account Management team can act as high-impact growth agents for our partners.

This role exists to ensure that our operational "pipes" are clean and functional. You will be the first line of defence against operational friction, helping to implement and maintain the high-standard processes that allow our commercial teams to focus on what they do best: growing our partner network.

Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Toronto or Winnipeg office & 2 days working from home

Reporting to: Manager, Partnership Operations

These are some of the key components to the position:

This isn't a role where you sit back and watch; it's a role where you actively maintain the integrity of our business. On any given day, you will:

  • Guard the CRM: Monitor our CRM (Salesforce) to ensure data is pristine. You'll identify where lead routing or partner data is breaking and fix it before it impacts the team.
  • Enforce the "Rules of Engagement": Act as a partner to Sales and AMs, helping them navigate our processes and ensuring everyone is following the established "commercial blueprint."
  • Troubleshoot & Optimize: Identify "leaky" processes—like a manual task that takes too long—and automate them or create a clear, repeatable SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
  • Support Growth Plays: Assist Account Management leadership by ensuring they have the right system triggers and workflows to identify which partners are ready for expansion.
  • Bridge the Gap: Act as the "go-to" person for the commercial teams when a system or process isn't working as intended, providing quick solutions and long-term fixes.
What will you bring to the team?
  • The "Systems" Brain: You are naturally organized and "process-first." You get a genuine sense of satisfaction from taking a messy workflow and making it logical and efficient.
  • Experience: Required 1–2 years of direct experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations. You must understand the fundamentals of lead flow, pipeline management, and the commercial lifecycle
  • Technical Curiosity: You aren't afraid of the back-end of a software tool. You enjoy learning how the "gears" of a CRM or automation tool turn.
  • High Bar for Rigour: You notice the small details that others miss. You believe that "good enough" isn't enough when it comes to the systems that power a global brand.
  • Direct experience using or admin-ing a CRM (like Salesforce).
  • A background in a fast-paced Marketplace or e-commerce environment.
  • A history of "fixing things"—whether it's a spreadsheet, a club's operations, or a previous work process.
