WNW Security - Team Lead 2026

Department: Security 

Availability: Monday to Sunday, various operational hours and holidays

Reports To: Supervisor, Security 

Purpose 

The Security Team Lead assists in the day-to-day supervision of frontline Security Officers, supporting safe, secure, and professional park operations. Working closely with the Security Supervisor, the Team Lead ensures posts are staffed, assignments are completed, standards are upheld, and incidents are handled promptly and professionally. The Team Lead acts as a shift leader in the park, providing direction to staff, mentoring new team members, ensuring guest service expectations are met, and maintaining accurate documentation of incidents, patrols, and operational activity. When the Security Supervisor is not on site, the Team Lead serves as the acting shift-in-charge.

This position requires occasional work in or around water, confined spaces-cramped quarters, heights, noise, detergents/chemicals, mechanical hazards, moving objects, fumes/odours, dust, mists, gases, or vibrations. The noise level is generally moderate.
