How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? We are looking for a high energy, strategic leader to join our team as an Area Operations Branch Manager for the Northern Alberta and BC area. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind the growth, culture, and operational excellence of multiple locations.
As the Area Branch Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and financial performance of several branch locations. Your goal is to ensure brand consistency, maximize profitability, and mentor Branch Managers to reach their full potential.

Main Accountabilities
1. Implement the company's Safety & Security rules and guidelines
2. Monitor regularly the staff compliance on the Safety & Security rules and guidelines
3. Recognize and analyze the customers' needs, expectations and priorities and propose valuable, reliable, and competitive solutions for different sales channels
4. Oversee P&L for your area, managing labor costs, inventory shrinkage, and operational expenses.
5. Manage the assigned branch teams, implement strategies and review performance.
6. Regular branch visits to ensure compliance with company standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and support the teams.
Differentiating Criteria
  • Team Management: Manage a small facility and or few Store Supervisors in the retail space.
  • Decision Making / Activity: - Responsible for all distribution, safety, training, personnel, maintenance, dispatching and other activities as required.
Are you a MATCH?
  • 5+ years experience in the welding industry.
  • Computer experience and strong knowledge of SAP.
  • 5+ years of retail management experience, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit or high-volume leadership role.
  • You can see the "big picture" while still catching the small details that affect the bottom line.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - you can motivate a team on Monday morning and present quarterly results to executives on Friday afternoon.
  • You're comfortable with travel within the area and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment.
  •  A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
