What is the opportunity?  

The PowerPoint Presentation Specialist will provide support on presentations, graphics, and other marketing materials for the Global Investment Banking Group. The successful candidate will shape how we design and deliver engaging materials to our clients. This role is ideal for someone with business awareness and a passion for visual storytelling, who also thrives on turning content into impactful and well-structured presentations.

What will you do?

  • Design and execute high-impact visual presentations for internal and external clients that fully demonstrate the efficacy of a specific business offering and or target audience, utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

  • Create custom PowerPoint templates with advanced knowledge of slide masters and incorporating visual designs from Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

  • Provide extensive formatting and project editing support in accordance with the Firm's corporate branding policies and guidelines

  • Create a wide range of illustrations and layouts using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals

  • Convert raw data into visual Excel charts

  • Prioritize and balance multiple projects effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced and deadline driven environment with minimal supervision

  • Ensure all information is accurate and instructions are carried out correctly

  • Stay up to date on technology, design best practices and trends to keep our work and team current

  • Execute binding techniques (Cerlox Spines, Hole Punch, Saddle Stich) and print large volume, client facing materials

  • Liaise with internal teams throughout the creative / production process to determine deadlines, job instructions and design requirements

  • Responsible for Printer and Production room maintenance

What you need to succeed?

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience providing PowerPoint presentation support for financial services

  • College diploma in design is an asset

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

  • Experience creating custom client PowerPoint templates

  • Ability to provide concept development, design, and execution through illustration of visual materials

  • Acute attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality

  • Accomplished design skills suitable for corporate environment

  • Strong portfolio of work over a wide range of projects that shows proven success and demonstrates a strong ability to create visually engaging / effective presentations for clients

  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills (oral and written)

  • Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

  • Must be able to occasionally lift lbs kg) boxes of paper

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$75, $100,000.00

The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location.
