We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our facility in Huntsville, Alabama! This position is key to our ability to deliver products to our customers quickly and accurately. You will be responsible for various tasks related to order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This involves accurately selecting items from inventory, ensuring they are packed correctly to prevent damage, and labeling packages for dispatch. You will be working within a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to our logistics and customer service success. Maintaining a safe working environment is a top priority, and all employees are expected to strictly follow safety procedures and wear the appropriate PPE . This role demands physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and moderate lifting . Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack products securely and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling.
- Stage orders for carrier pickup.
- Replenish inventory stock as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure correct use of required PPE at all times.
- Perform required lifting and material handling tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is preferred.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE .
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
