• A high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum GPA of 3.5 , or one (1) year of general work experience demonstrating leadership skills;


• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen;


• Residency: Have had primary U.S. residency for at least three (3) out of the last five years;
