The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in creating high-performing content, optimizing short-form videos, increasing reach, boosting engagement, and growing followers organically.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow our Facebook & TikTok accounts
Create viral and engaging short-form video content (TikTok + FB Reels)
Develop a consistent content calendar and posting schedule
Optimize content using trending sounds, hashtags, and hooks
Write engaging captions with strong CTA for higher interaction
Improve reach, engagement, and follower growth organically
Monitor analytics and optimize performance based on insights
Stay updated with latest trends, viral formats, and algorithm changes
Engage with audience (comments, replies, community building)
Requirements:
Proven experience managing Facebook & TikTok professionally
Strong understanding of TikTok & Facebook algorithm
Expertise in viral content strategy, hooks, storytelling & editing style
Experience with content planning tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.)
Knowledge of hashtag research and SEO caption writing
Ability to deliver consistent growth and performance results
Strong communication and reporting skills
Preferred Skills:
Video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Experience with UGC and brand storytelling
Knowledge of paid boosting strategies (optional)
Goal:
To increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand visibility through consistent viral content and strategic organic growth.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
