Scope of Work:
• Front-End: Build a responsive, dual-language (EN/ES) landing page and user portals based on provided visual mockups.
• Escrow System: Integrate Stripe Connect to manage "The Vault" (escrowing funds and releasing them via 4 project milestones).
• Contractor Logic: Build a "Supplement Request" feature where contractors upload GPS-stamped photos of roof decking for homeowner approval ($95/sheet rate).
• User Dashboards: Create a "Homeowner Shield" portal with a live project tracker and a "Contractor Portal" for job management.
Technical Requirements:
• Experience with , FlutterFlow, or similar no-code/low-code frameworks preferred for speed.
• Expertise in Stripe Connect (specifically holding/releasing funds).
• Ability to implement dual-language databases.
What I Provide:
I will provide a 10-point Developer Manifesto including all copy (English and Spanish), visual mockups for every page, and the specific logic for pricing and the "Contractor Oath."
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
