We are currently expanding our business development efforts and are looking for an experienced Business Development / Partnerships Manager with strong background in the mobile reward / offerwall ecosystem.
This is a performance-driven role with significant upside for the right person.

Givvy Offers is a closed-loop reward monetization network focused on:

Our goal is to help reward and utility apps increase monetization from their existing traffic with minimal friction.
What You'll Be Doing
* Identify and reach out to mobile app owners (primarily reward / GPT / utility apps)
* Build and manage a pipeline of potential partners
* Pitch Givvy Offers as an additional monetization layer
* Drive integrations from first contact to go-live
* Maintain relationships with existing partners
* Provide market feedback to help refine positioning
Ideal Candidate
MUST HAVE:
* Proven experience in mobile adtech, reward apps, or offerwall ecosystem
* Experience working with mobile app publishers
* Strong outbound and relationship-building skills
* Understanding of CPI / CPA / reward monetization models
* Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
BIG PLUS:
* Previous work with networks such as Torox, Lootably, AdGem, AdGate, ayeT, CPX, etc.
* Existing relationships with reward app publishers
* Experience in SEA markets (Indonesia, Philippines, Pakistan, etc.)
* Experience closing SDK-based integrations
Compensation
We are flexible and performance-focused.
Typical structure:
* Base: negotiable (depending on experience)
* Strong revenue share / commission on closed partners
* Performance bonuses for successful integrations
For the right candidate with proven relationships, the upside can be significant.
