As we scale our content strategy, we're looking for a skilled short-form video editor who understands performance-driven social content - particularly within real estate.
This is not basic editing. We need someone who can translate industry insights into high-retention, visually refined content.
Scope of Content:
- Real estate market insights & investment tips
- Talking-head videos
- Split-screen & dynamic formats
- Property showcases
- Short-term rental content
- Brand-led, relatable content
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience editing short-form content for real estate/property brands
- Strong command of talking-head formats
- Clear understanding of hooks, pacing, and retention psychology
- Ability to maintain a clean, premium visual identity
- Familiar with AI-assisted editing tools (captions, enhancement, automation, generative tools)
- Professional and reliable
Compensation:
Monthly retainer: $300 per month (1 video per month)
