We're building a premium cannabis e-commerce site at Our lead frontend developer is already handling all design and visual work. We need an experienced WooCommerce integration specialist to work directly alongside him and own everything on the backend.
This is not a fully standard WooCommerce setup. Because cannabis is a regulated industry our Stage 1 payment infrastructure is non-traditional — crypto payments and a Telegram-based ordering channel, both feeding into a CRM. Standard payment methods like cards and PayPal come in Stage 2. Right now we need someone who can build cleanly around what we have.
You are not designing anything. No creative decisions. No frontend work. You come in, integrate everything, test it thoroughly, and make sure our developer understands how to manage it going forward.
The Order Flow — Read This First
Customers on our cannabis pages have two ways to place an order:
Path 1 — Crypto Payment
Customer browses and adds to cart → fills in their information at checkout → pays via crypto gateway (CoinGate or BitPay) → order confirmed → customer data and order details automatically pushed into Broadstack CRM
Path 2 — Telegram Order Channel
Customer browses cannabis product page → clicks a clearly visible Telegram button → opens a Telegram group chat where they coordinate their order with us directly → customer information captured and logged into Broadstack CRM
Both paths feed into Broadstack CRM so all customer records, orders, and follow-up data live in one centralized place.

Knowledge Transfer
