Über
We are a well-funded E-commerce Venture Studio launching a portfolio of high-end DTC brands. Our first brand is a premium tactical/performance product in the biohacking space.
We are looking for a highly skilled, data-driven Shopify E-commerce Manager to take full ownership of the storefront. This is not a beginner role. We need a "doer" who understands both the technical and commercial sides of running a profitable Shopify store.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities):
Store Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on Shopify (product uploads, category management, content updates, and promotional banners).
Campaign Execution: Lead the technical setup and execution of promotions, product drops, and seasonal sales.
CRO & Customer Journey: Continuously analyze and optimize the site for Conversion Rate (CR) and Average Order Value (AOV).
Data & Reporting: Monitor analytics, generate clear performance reports, and make data-backed commercial recommendations.
UX/UI Collaboration: Work closely with our graphic designers to implement high-converting pages and improve the overall user experience.
Tech Stack Management: Evaluate, install, and manage Shopify apps and features without slowing down the site.
QA & Performance: Conduct rigorous site testing across devices (Mobile-first focus) and ensure optimal page loading speeds.
What You Need to Succeed (Requirements):
2–5 years of proven experience actively managing high-volume Shopify stores (Must provide portfolio/examples).
Deep understanding of e-commerce metrics (CR, AOV, Bounce Rate, Funnel drop-offs) and commercial strategy.
Familiarity with the Shopify app ecosystem (Reviews, upsell tools, page builders, etc.).
Extreme attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks smoothly.
Extreme Ownership: You don't just wait for instructions. You identify problems, propose solutions, and execute them independently.
