I am launching a small luxury chocolate business and looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Manager to help grow my Facebook Business Page and Instagram account from the ground up.
This is a new brand, so I need someone who understands how to build presence, create engaging content, and turn followers into customers. Experience with food brands or product-based businesses is a big plus.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, Stories, promotional clips)
• Edit product photos and create visually appealing posts
• Create Instagram and Facebook posts & reels
• Design branded graphics (menus, promotions, announcements)
• Plan and schedule content consistently
• Develop a simple monthly content calendar
• Write engaging captions with strong calls to action
• Create and manage Facebook & Instagram ads
• Suggest growth strategies and promotional ideas
• Help improve profile bio, highlights, and branding
• Monitor engagement and respond professionally to comments (if needed)
• Track basic analytics and provide simple performance reports
Ideal Candidate
• Experience managing Instagram & Facebook business pages
• Understanding of food content aesthetics
• Knowledge of basic ad creation and targeting
• Creative, organized, and proactive
• Able to suggest ideas — not just follow instructions
Project Details
This is a small startup business, so we are looking for someone who can grow with the brand. Initially part-time, with potential for long-term collaboration if results are strong.

• Examples of accounts you've managed
• Sample reels or content you've created
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
