Über
The task involves integrating CloudTalk with HubSpot CRM and ensuring that inbound and outbound calls are logged correctly in HubSpot, call recordings are attached to the right contacts, call outcomes and statuses sync properly, and call notes and activities appear correctly in the HubSpot timeline. You will also be responsible for basic testing and validation of the integration and providing a short explanation or walkthrough once the setup is complete. No custom development is expected unless discussed and approved separately.
You should have solid experience working with HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub preferred) and proven experience integrating HubSpot with VoIP or cloud telephony tools. You should be comfortable troubleshooting call logging, activity sync, and CRM integration issues.
Due to confidentiality and security requirements, the work must be performed through Microsoft Teams using a controlled remote machine or by providing guided instructions to our engineer. Direct system access may be limited or restricted.
This is an hourly engagement with an estimated effort of 3 to 10 hours depending on experience. Start is immediate.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
The selected candidate will be required to sign our standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to starting the work. The NDA requires strict confidentiality of all systems, configurations, integrations, data, access credentials, call flows, CRM records, and business information shared during this engagement.
The candidate explicitly agrees that no screenshots, screen recordings, videos, descriptions, diagrams, or representations of the work performed may be captured, stored, shared, published, or displayed in any public or semi-public forum. This includes, but is not limited to, freelance platforms such as Upwork, personal or professional portfolios, case studies, resumes, websites, blogs, presentations, social media platforms, or any other public medium.
All work performed under this engagement is confidential and may not be referenced, reused, or showcased for self-promotion or marketing purposes in any form without prior written approval.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
