Über
We manage a creator-led influencer personal brand with an established presence. We already have a dedicated team handling operations and a social media manager overseeing content. We're now adding a channel manager specifically focused on driving subscriber growth and ad performance for the business through social and paid channels.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the social and paid acquisition side of our subscription platform account. That means posting content across the social channels that funnel into (provided by our content team), running ads that drive new subscribers, and optimizing the full funnel from impressions to paid conversions. You'll work alongside our existing social media manager and content team.
What You'll Do
* Post and schedule content across social channels that drive subscriber acquisition
* Build and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms to drive new subscribers
* A/B test ad creatives: hooks, formats, captions, and CTAs highlighting personality and content
* Monitor and optimize cost per new subscriber daily
* Track subscriber growth, retention, and funnel conversion metrics
* Deliver weekly performance reports to the team
* Coordinate with the content team on what promotional assets are needed
What You'll Be Measured On
We track cost per new subscriber, subscriber LTV relative to acquisition cost, profile click-through rates, ad creative freshness, and overall funnel efficiency. We have specific minimum and target thresholds for each — details shared during onboarding.
What We're Looking For
* Experience marketing creator-led or subscription-based businesses
* Understands paid acquisition funnels: impressions → clicks → profile visits → subscriptions
* Comfortable running ads on Meta, TikTok, or other platforms to drive signups
* Data-driven: you monitor acquisition costs and LTV daily and adjust spend accordingly
* Strong understanding of what content and messaging converts in this space
Nice to Have
* Direct experience managing or marketing influencer accounts
* Familiarity with fan conversion strategies (free-to-VIP funnels)
* Portfolio or case studies showing subscriber growth results
Part-time to start. We're looking for someone who understands this niche, knows what drives subscriptions, and can show it in the numbers.
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
