You as a Project Coordinator with our Energy & Digital Services team, will:
Develop a strong understanding of the full scope of ICAT work associated with the project, demonstrating curiosity and the ability to interpret technical requirements effectively.
Review, analyze, and maintain familiarity with all contract drawings, specifications, and related project documentation to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Manage changes and change orders in a timely manner, including accurate pricing, quantification of scope adjustments, and assessment of impacts on project schedule and cost forecasts. Ensure all relevant updates are communicated promptly to the Project Team.
Communicate project information clearly, professionally, and accurately to internal teams and stakeholders to support effective decision‑making.
Support the Project Team by preparing and submitting Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensuring they are tracked and closed out efficiently.
Contribute ideas for process improvements, offering constructive feedback and participating in continuous improvement initiatives with a positive and solution‑oriented mindset.
Prepare project status reports and other required documentation for senior management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Gain field experience to support career development by assisting project management in onsite project activities as needed.
Be onsite at the project's construction trailer daily; the role includes required travel to project locations.
Is this the right role for you?
You have a construction related degree/diploma and 2+ years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience
You have gained experience working in a construction site environment and understand the construction process
You have working knowledge of scheduling, project management and contract software
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in a professional manor (verbal and written)
You have the ability to read construction specs and drawings You are a self starter and enjoy working independently
You enjoy liaising with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to project teams, leadership team, external counsel and consultants
You have a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
