Über

We are hiring a highly organized Real Estate Virtual Assistant / Marketing Coordinator to support our team. This role involves managing sellers from signed listing contract through getting their home market-ready, including email communication to gather property details and updates. You will coordinate and schedule photography, sign installation, lockboxes, and other listing prep tasks.
You will also create listing flyers and marketing materials in Canva, and post/schedule content on Facebook and Instagram. When not focused on listing marketing, you will work inside our CRM/database to ensure no lead goes untouched, assist with lead follow-up, and support lead generation efforts, create video content and be the reason no lead goes un touched
This position also includes backend operations support for the business, including being available for occasional contract writing and administrative tasks.
Must be responsive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work independently. Real estate experience is a plus.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 10 hours per week.
