We want someone who can build and execute a clear marketing strategy aligned with the NDIS industry.
Responsibilities
1. Website Management
Ongoing website optimisation
Improve UX and conversion pathways
SEO optimisation (on-page + local SEO)
Landing page creation for campaigns
2. Google Ads & Paid Advertising
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns
Optimise for high-quality NDIS-related leads
Track conversions and improve ROI
Potential expansion into Meta Ads
3. Google Business Profile Optimisation
Optimise and manage Google Business Profile
Improve local ranking
Implement review acquisition strategy
Respond professionally to reviews
4. SEO & Local Visibility
Keyword research for NDIS-related services
Improve organic ranking
Backlink strategy (ethical only)
Competitor analysis
5. Social Media Strategy
Develop a professional but human brand presence
Content strategy aligned with healthcare compliance
Educational, value-based content (not salesy)
Improve reach and engagement
6. Marketing Strategy Development
Develop a clear 3–6 month marketing growth plan
Identify ideal referral pathways (NDIS participants, plan managers, support coordinators, allied health referrers.
Improve inbound referrals
Track KPIs and report monthly
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Marketing Strategy, Social Media Marketing, Advertising Strategy, Customer Acquisition Strategy
