We are building a competitive intelligence platform for boutique hotels. Our core visualization is a 4-quadrant graph that helps hoteliers understand their market position. We are looking for a lead developer to own the technical vision and build the BETA experience.

Who We Are Looking For:
1 - You have built and deployed complete web applications from scratch.
2 - You are comfortable with React, (or Python), and databases.
3 - You have experience with data visualization (Recharts, D3, , etc.).
4 - You work well autonomously and communicate clearly in writing.
You are interested in a long-term role with potential for equity.

he Screening Process
1. After applying for the job, you will be invited to complete a short, 15-minute multiple-choice quiz to confirm basic concepts.
2. If you pass (score ≥ 9/12), we will hire you for a fixed-price 4-hour paid test. You will have exactly 4 hours to build as much of a dashboard as possible. We evaluate based on output volume, accuracy, code quality, design, and communication.
3: Top performers will be offered a long-term contract with increasing responsibility and the potential to become a technical co-founder.

Why This Process?
We want to be fair and transparent. The 4-hour test is paid, regardless of outcome. We evaluate using consistent criteria and provide feedback to all candidates who complete the test.
Note: Only candidates who complete the quiz will be considered. No agencies, please.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
