We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads and Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage paid campaigns focused on lead generation for home service businesses (HVAC, cleaning, painting, etc.). The primary objective is to generate qualified inbound leads at a profitable cost per acquisition.
Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Call Ads)
Manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead generation campaigns
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Set up conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, call tracking)
Optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates
Monitor daily performance and adjust bidding strategies
Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights
Reduce cost per lead while maintaining lead quality
Requirements:
Proven experience generating leads for service-based businesses
Strong understanding of conversion tracking and attribution
Experience with call-focused campaigns
Ability to manage monthly ad budgets efficiently
Clear communication and structured reporting
Portfolio or case studies showing measurable results
Preferred:
Experience working with agencies
Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM
Experience in Canadian or U.S. local markets
Goal:
Drive consistent, qualified leads at a predictable cost to support scalable growth.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
Languages: English, Bengali. You are expected to have a fluent level of English.
