Key Responsibilities
• Audit existing setup (if any) in Google Ads, Merchant Center, and Meta Business Manager.
• Build and launch Google Shopping campaigns: Product feeds, smart shopping, performance max, bidding strategies (e.g., target ROAS, maximize conversions).
• Create Facebook/Instagram Ads: Carousel, video, dynamic product ads targeting skincare enthusiasts (women 25–45, beauty interests).
• Set up conversion tracking (GA4, pixels, GTM) and optimize for sales funnels.
• A/B test creatives, audiences, and bids; deliver weekly performance reports with insights.
• Scale winning campaigns while controlling ACOS/ROAS (target 4x+ ROAS).
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven track record with Google Shopping Ads (Merchant Center feeds, troubleshooting disapprovals).
• Expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for e-commerce, especially beauty/skincare niches.
• Strong in analytics: GA4, GTM, Facebook Pixel, conversion optimization.
• Experience with WooCommerce/Shopify product feeds and dynamic remarketing.
• Similar portfolio with skincare/e-commerce case studies (screenshots/reports required).
