We're seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong development expertise to help design and deliver next-gen digital products in the transactional-platform space. This role will focus on building feature-rich mobile applications, supported by robust backend services in Node.js, Java, and modern cloud technologies.The ideal candidate thrives in a start-up environment, is self-driven and collaborative, values clean and scalable code, and is passionate about creating seamless user experiences across platforms. Salary Range: $120k-$150k/yr + bonus

Benefits: Base salary + bonus potential,Medical, dental, vision,401(k),Paid vacation/sick time (PTO) Roles & Responsibilities: Design, build, and optimize backend services and APIs using Java, Node.js, and Spring Boot. Contribute to mobile and web appdevelopment using modernJavaScript/TypeScript. Translate product requirements into clear technical solutions that balance usability, scalability, and performance. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional partners to deliver impactful features. Conduct code reviews, write testable code, and maintain high-quality engineering standards. Stay engaged in product discovery and incorporate user feedback into development cycles. Research new tools, frameworks, and technologies to drive innovation and best practices. Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. 5-7+years of professional software development. Experience across mobile, backend, and web technologies. Advanced proficiency in Node.js and strong backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs. Hands-on experience developing mobile applications (native or cross-platform). React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend development. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS). Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills:
Experience working in Agile development teams or fast-paced product environments. Passion for user experience and mobile-first design.
