Performance Parts Ltd are the UK importers and distributors for over twenty well known, high-end motorcycle technical parts brands. Celebrating 27 years in business this year, just like many of the brands that we represent, we are leaders in our field. Experience really does make the difference! Our sales office is the hub-centre of the business, with most orders and enquiries being handled by our experienced three person team. We attempt to operate with the core values relating to good old fashioned customer service, treating our suppliers, customers and staff how wed like to be treated ourselves. An opportunity has arisen to join our friendly, caring team with a full time position in a technical sales support role. The role; The role will involve dealing with a wide variety of sales and technical enquiries from the trade and end users, mostly via telephone and email. Common tasks will include: Processing web and telephone orders Answering end user and dealer sales enquiries Handling technical issues Liaising with warehouse staff Supporting field sales team Processing returns and warranty claims Work schedule; Monday to Friday Regular office hours Possible flexible work hours or hybrid workingfor right candidate Occasional shows / exhibitions Package; Salary range £28000-35,000 per annum 30 days + holiday Company pension scheme A friendly, relaxed and caring family business environment The usual benefits of working within the motorcycle industry.
