• You must have one year of general work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates your ability to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training or on-the-job instruction.
• You must be able to gather concise information through questioning, observation, analysis of documents records.

• You must possess specialized work experience showing your skills in making sound judgments decisions using firearms dealing effectively with people in connection with law enforcement matters analyzing information rapidly making prompt decisions after completing required training applying these skills in law enforcement capacity criminal code enforcement determining violations laws correctional rehabilitation work involving offenders etc..
• Educational substitution consists of bachelor's degree superior academic achievement which includes class standing GPA honor society membership OR graduate-level education related field such as justice homeland security forensic technology forensic psychology corrections services from accredited college university.
